What areas do you cover?
We typically work in and around the York area, but often go beyond.
Will you fit items I have already purchased?
Of course no problem.
Is your price inclusive of materials? Are there any hidden charges? Vat etc.
A set charge is agreed for the work either using materials you have sourced or we would source them using our trade accounts. We are not VAT registered so VAT will be not charged.
I notice you are based in York but I'm further afield, will you come out to me?
We typically work within the Yorkshire and regions, but often will go beyond.
We need our house/business to be secured each day. Are you willing to take responsibility for this?
We have worked in both domestic & commercial environments for many years, thus giving us the knowledge and confidence to look after your property. We often run commercial contracts where a new building has been bought to let after we have finished it so we exclusively lock up and set any alarms required to secure the premises.
How do I obtain a quote?
Please either call us as soon as you can or email us a basic outline of your needs. We can call you at a convenient time to discuss your requirements further and also arrange to visit.
Do you clean up after the work is finished?
Absolutely! As well as taking pride in our decorating work, we ensure that everything is cleaned up spotless before we leave.
How do you take payment?
We can take cash or bank transfer.
Do you take on contract work on housing developments
Yes definitely. We have regular contracts with local developers who produce from just a few homes right up to 450+.
Do you take on contract work on industrial units
Yes definitely. We have regular contracts with local property owners working on both internal and external jobs in and on buildings of around 30,000sqft+
